This guided meditation is to be done in the privacy of your own space, where you feel safe.
 
To complete it, you will need to prepare art supplies and have them ready to create your piece right after the meditation. 
This guided meditation is allowing for a healing journey to take place inside your inner world, where you Inner Artist resides. You will connect to your younger self in times when you used to create freely, without any expectations with just pure joy of creation. After your inner landscape is balanced and healing takes place, you will be guided through the art experience.
